Great beers, reasonably priced. Although wish i could say the same about delivery. Took almost two weeks to receive my order. I appreciate that they were in the process of relocation, however when ordered on website it still stated delivery in 3 working days, also when it did arrive it was incomplete and i had to wait a further 3 days for the balance of my order. I frequently use one of beerhawks main competitors and always receive within two days.

Delivery was late took over a week and was delivered to wrong address.Parcel was sent to the billing address not delivery address.Upside is the beer is good but they need to sort out delivery side.Also have been receiving same emails over and over telling me I've been given a gift voucher.

Beer is good. Delivery is hit and miss. Especially in London. Customer service is polite, friendly and helpful, but awfully slow at answering / resolving queries. I've been using BeerHawk for a few years and I've experienced several minor issues - missing items /late delivery /vouchers that do not work. Average mark reflects no improvement on their ability to deliver what was ordered or deliver when they said say and average customer service. Which all needlessly distract from the great range of beers. Better and quicker responses / communication please. And a real time chat support option with longer contact opening hours would be welcome.

I was not very happy with the service that I was provided. My philips machine came a week before my beer arrived. I understand that problems can happen but I was sent 3 separate emails from you saying that my beer would arrive that day but it never did and on the day it did arrive I received no email and the driver left my package outside my front dort so any one walking past would have seen it.

great product....but rubbish service! Came in separate packages over a few days. We were told one item would be in stock the beginning of the week, and it ended up being an entire week later. Email notification didn't match up with actual delivery dates either. Fab courier though, who went above and beyond to try keep me informed. In summary, great product, poor customer service

Initial order was quick to be delivered but my 2nd order took over 2 weeks to arrive. Customer services where supposed to contact me after I tried to contact them but they never did. Think I will start looking elsewhere for my perfect draught that delivered when they say and also has a bigger range of beers.

I had an order I two parts. 1st half arrived ok, not problem, nectar. The main order of Oktoberfest case has yet to arrive due to damage in transit and need to resend (good) 10 days later...still waiting.

So far I am kind of 50/50 on beer hawk being honest. Ordered the machine and 2 kegs when on offer and took over a week and several emails later to get one keg and the machine. 10 days later and still waiting on the 2nd keg. Hoping its a one off and not the common theme

"Delivery within 3 working days, often sooner" was a bit misleading. Your website takes orders on a Sunday, your phone lines are open on a Sunday, But you don't start counting the 'working days' till Monday, so a gift I expected to arrive by Wednesday was late. If you are open for business on a Sunday, then 3 working days means Wednesday. If you don't actually offer that, you should make that unambiguously clear on the delivery information.

In terms of service and speed of delivery Beer Hawk performed well but in terms of the beer selection, it is not for me. I bought two cases, one was a selection of Scottish beers and the other a mixed case of Great British beers, thirty bottles all told. Unfortunately most of them where produced by brewers who are over infatuated with new world hops, not so much a beer but more like grapefruit juice. I do not dislike citrus hops but I like the recipes to be balanced and in the majority of cases they were not. Thinking that I was just unlucky, I had another look through the British beer list this morning, a disappointing selection, so I will not be re-ordering.

I placed an order with Beerhawk and unfortunately the recipient was not in to receive the beer, however the beer then did not turn up on the agreed redelivery date and the recipient had to stay in for 3 days not knowing when it would be delivered! Most of us would not be in a position to do that. The beers finally arrived this morning but one bottle was broken, so not too impressed.

Hello Angela, So sorry about this delay to the order, this is mainly due to the couriers damaging it in transit and not informing us to issue a replacement out to you.

The selection of beers were great but I was a bit gutted to see that the brewdog glass I ordered had a wonky transfer! I tweeted you guys about it and heard nothing back but when you buy it as a present its a bit embarrassing handing over a slap dash made glass! Cheers!

Failed to meet delivery in 3 days. Ordered on a Monday and delivery was on the Friday. Bottles very well packed and the order was delivered complete. Perhaps 3 days is an an over optimistic delivery target? Good choice of Belgium and German beers.

I received a gift certificate, for £30, rather than pay the delivery i topped it up to £50 (actually £55 by the time i submitted the order), all quite easy so far. Delivery wasn't quite so quick or straight forward, I ordered the American Ales pack and some other bits. Some of the other bits arrived, but no American ales, onto the phone, and the order was redespatched, 2 days later I had the remainder of the bits plus 2 boxes of American ale! Onto the phone, again, return or buy the excess? (bought it at a discounted rate). Good ales - liking the diversity of ales our US country cousins brew, not liking so much the service. Probably won't bother again, too much hassle.

The packaging price was as much as the beers and it was a massive box which could hold 20 and I ordered 2. I originally thought it was that much for delivery because the bottles were bigger and heavier glass. Gutted. I will not be buying from Beer Hawk again (and I love buying craft beers as presents for friends and usually use another supplier but wanted to try you guys out), unfortunately, unless the packaging and price of delivery is revised.

The product is good but I ordered as a gift for a special event and paid extra for delivery on a specific day. Part of the order was delivered 2 days early - spoiling the surprise. The other part of the order did not arrive. It was only after I queried that Beer Hawk advised it had been damaged in transit. It was almost a further week before the order was completed - totally missing the occasion. Beer Hawk showed limited customer service and only refunded the additional delivery charge as "a goodwill gesture" rather than because their choice of carrier had messed up. There was no apology or compensation gesture for the fact that what had been intended as a special gift to mark a specific day had been completely ruined. I wont use again.

Brought the American mix case, selection was not as good as last time most were substitutions from what was advertised, not great substitutions either. Prob won't get it again, better to pick your own.

The beer and selection was great however I kept on getting told my order 'would be posted tomorrow' for days on end. I appreciate that you were waiting for stock but a proactive notification opposed to me chasing would be appreciated.

I ordered 2 beers and a kwak glass and wooden stand. A box arrive the 2 days later with just the glass and stand. I had to chase them up to get them to send out the beers. A packing error. Panicked a bit as it's a gift for my husband to be for the night before the wedding. Luckily all has arrived in time, but didn't need the stress.
