I ordered a case of craft beer cans and then a few other single item beers. The case came within a couple of days, no problem. But there was no sign of the other beers. Several phones calls, emails and tweets laterlater I finally got the remaining beers (roughly two weeks after the initial order). I did receive verbal apologies over the phone but that's it. Perhaps a nice gesture would have been a written note of apology or even a free beer (not that I was looking for this). But then that would require having firm control of your stock and logistics, which patently isn't the case with this company. Only right at the very end of the process could they tell me when the order would actually be delivered (and even then it came with a "fingers crossed it gets there on time!" message). Prior to this, the best I got was reassurance that it would definitely be delivered at some point. I also got sent the same bespoke email message twice - ie on two separate occasions, in response to two separate emails. The message didn't even make sense. I should say that there was nothing wrong with the actual beer but it's hard for me to recommend this company based on the experience I had.

I was not very happy with the service that I was provided. My philips machine came a week before my beer arrived. I understand that problems can happen but I was sent 3 separate emails from you saying that my beer would arrive that day but it never did and on the day it did arrive I received no email and the driver left my package outside my front dort so any one walking past would have seen it.

Thought I would treat myself to this. I am looking forward to setting it up and enjoying a few cold ones. Family are also looking forward to it as well. I'm sure it will get well used over the festive period. Good choice of beers but hope more varieties will be addeded in the future. Love the kegs. Great idea and will definitely purchase from beerhawk again. ????????????????

Very disappointing with poor customer service. My order was sent out with half of it missing and despite many attempts to speak to someone directly at the company to resolve they haven't dealt with their error. The staff on their sales line do not work for beer hawk and cannot deal with any issues you may have. beer hawk just don't seem to care. Won't be dealing with them again

Ordered a Leffe keg with quick delivery. Day after delivery date I was told it was out of stock. Delivered about 10 days late. No apology for lateness and had to press for a refund of delivery premium!

You need to improve your communication skills to the customer about your stock levels before charging their account

The draft beer dispenser is a nice machine and its working perfectly-My recent order was a keg of Leffe Blonde - I had to call to find out what happen to my order after 7 days/ On the site there said that the product was out of stock why was not advised? Then the keg came almost 9 days after. I installed an it happens its only 8 days keg life when it should have been 30 days. I have made the claim and i am waiting for a solution.

Hi, Apologies for the short shelf life with the item. We review all stock for best before dates and this slipped through the net.

I really wanted to like Beerhawk and use you regularly, however, I have still not received my full order, I have not received a response from "customer service" and I have called twice to chase only to be told on the way ! 2 weeks have passed and no further down the line! To be positive prices are good the keg that has arrived was well packaged and as expected. It's a real shame... perhaps you can fix this and save a customer ?

great product....but rubbish service! Came in separate packages over a few days. We were told one item would be in stock the beginning of the week, and it ended up being an entire week later. Email notification didn't match up with actual delivery dates either. Fab courier though, who went above and beyond to try keep me informed. In summary, great product, poor customer service

I have only ever bought stuff related to the perfect draft range but the delivery service and stock management is shocking. Prices are good but you're waiting weeks for keg of beer, if it was at a bar you would have walked out the pub a long time ago no matter how cheap it is. If the website matched real stock levels and the delivery service actually delivered this would be a fantastic company that I would recommend to everyone

I received the wrong kegs. I ordered 2 Hoegaarden and 2 Leffe, however received 4 Leffe instead without any notification or apology. I had to contact customer services who insisted they would send the Hoegaarden out but haven't got any confirmation of delivery.

Initial order was quick to be delivered but my 2nd order took over 2 weeks to arrive. Customer services where supposed to contact me after I tried to contact them but they never did. Think I will start looking elsewhere for my perfect draught that delivered when they say and also has a bigger range of beers.

Received the machine quickly. The keg followed on 2wks later. Spoke to them over Facebook messenger was told it was being delivered certain day never showed up. Finally got it. And it's very nice. If your wanting a delivery for crimbo order it now. Snail pace springs to mind

After 2 weeks still weighing for my beer , customer service is rubbish they never ring back .would never recommend then to everyone , will be in touch with trading standards .

I had an order I two parts. 1st half arrived ok, not problem, nectar. The main order of Oktoberfest case has yet to arrive due to damage in transit and need to resend (good) 10 days later...still waiting.

Ordered 2 cases "Octoberfest Bier" received 1 case on the Friday,was told should get 2nd on Monday,non arrived. After numerous phone calls,eventually received 2nd case the next Thursday,packed very amateurishly and instead of 15 bottles only 14 bottles,1 missing so now waiting for 1 bottle to arrive.

It's been a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received it all. I am constantly chasing this. The money has been taken. Customer services aren't v quick at responding. Very frustrating. Advertised as delivery within three days. So far I have had two deliveries - neither within three days and still have a chunk of my order missing.
