Placed an order for over £100 2 weeks ago due to an unbelievable series of actions and miscummunications from both beer merchants and there courier pacelforce I today receive half of my delivery with the other half to be delivered "within 48 hours" after talking with a manager the closest he can manage to a resolution is a £10 voucher and his apologies so now I will be waking up at 8am again for the next 2 days just in case my delivery shows up.

Order cancelled with no explanation. Waited several days for delivery then received a refund. No communication whatsoever. Dreadful customer service - my second poor experience with Beer Merchants.

Sent me the wrong beer, then told me I was wrong when I got in touch with customer service. Only offered a refund after I explained they were liable. Will not be using them again and won't be recommending.

Wrong order , emailed them no response and then again , said they would refund me on the can but still haven't . It's know wonder I hardly use them anymore

Awful online system means you cannot correct a delivery address if you make a mistake. I had to email them to rectify instead, which was then ignored until the item had been dispatched. Item was therefore delivered to the wrong address and the courier faked my signature. I highlighted this to the support team, but a week later I have had no resolution and I am left chasing them - shocking service. Totally dissatisfied, frustrated and very thirsty!

sent me 24 cans of beer ,only two days left to best before date,i contacted them,explaining this beer is best fresh,it even said so on the can,just brushed me off,very poor service,wont use again or recommend

Received order with items not as advertised, have emailed back twice now with no response, terrible customer service considering how much I have already spent with you. Will be returning goods due to the unwillingness to resolve my issue.

My Christmas selection was missing 1 of the beers, I think that to send out a beer voucher for £5 for a missing beer is poor, when it means that I would have to place another order and incur more postage costs. Surely it would have been better to send another suitable replacement.

Twice I've ordered a 24x pack of Augustiner Helles, and twice it's gotten stuck in custom clearance. On the last shipment I even asked for custom details to be shipped with the package, but seems that didn't happen. Last time DHL tried to get in contact with you regarding getting the package cleared, but you never got back to them. And I'm guessing it's the same this time around. I've given it some time as I'm not in a hurry with the shipment to see if you guys would actually sort this out yourselves, but seems I have to do it again. A shame you are the only ones I've found that provide shipment to Norway with this particular beer as I would instantly purchase it from any other company. Hope you will take a look at your procedures regarding international shipment, because you are doing something wrong.

After my order arrived I discovered that some of the cans were damaged and one of the beers I'd ordered was out of date. I emailed Beer Merchants concerning this as well as a couple of pictures I had taken of the out of date beer and they didn't even bother to get back to me. Definitely won't be using this company again. Bad.

One of the bottles in the pack leaked which meant my package was sent to the post office and not delivered as the box was soaked. The item was a gift so I retrieved it a day late. Over all was happy with products but disappointed with the postage and packaging service. The items weren’t secure at all. And out of 6 bottles I was let with only 5. Yet paid a lot more for them compared to over retails. Not sure I’ll be reusing the service - I’ve left email regarding the order as it’s so close to Christmas and I just don’t have the time. But I was advice by the post office to return the box and claim a refund.

Shipment seized by Revenue! It is illegal to import beer unaccompanied into Ireland, had I known that I never would have purchased from them! Why they offer shipment to Ireland, and I paid extra for this service, is beyond me.

I was very dissatisfied with the delivery of this order and your customer service support around it. I ordered on the 2nd December. On the 4th when I checked my account it said it had been delivered. I hadn't received it. I wrote twice to customer service with no response and tried to call twice with no answer. It finally arrived 6 days later out of the blue. When I opened it I found it had been badly packaged and the cans were all shaken up and several dented. I wrote to you about that and all I got back was a very vague apology, no acknowledgement of responsibility and an overt blaming of Royal Mail for not not handling the package properly.....Ummmm what about the customer in the middle of this. Appalling.

Extremely disappointed that the black Friday discount was not applied to my order. I missed this input by mistake and email customer service within minutes of placing the order to advise. My email was completely ignored and the 'customer service' was thrown out the window. Advertising a discount to get you on the site, but then not wanting to actually apply it. I would have to reconsider ordering from Beer Merchants again in the future.

Order arrived damaged so I refused delivery. Despite ringing up immediately after to organise a new delivery, there has been no communication of any kind a week later. Not good enough
