I ordered the untapped festival box and a few other beers on the 18th of October (order number 100135031). It is now the day of the festival 28th November and still don't have my order. I have contacted customer service 4 times and noone can give me an answer. Where is my order? Never had such bad service from an online beer store before. Ordered from trembling madness on Wednesday and got my order on the Friday so at least I have some beers for the festival tonight even tho its not the ones I am suppose to have.

We at Beer Merchants try our very best to get all customers their orders on time, but due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier service this has been difficult. They have some good beer occasionally but the site is so bad it’s impossible to buy.

The courier firm you choose to use; apc overnight; for 2 days running have given me a window for delivery and although via the live tracker have been with in less than 1/2 a mile from my home, they have failed to deliver my parcel, and now give no tracking advice.

Ordered a box of beer which came in at over £50 for my partner’s 40th birthday. I ordered over a week before the day and 10 days later, I’m still chasing the order. I used the ‘contact us’ service on their website yesterday and heard nothing. I called the number this morning and spoke to someone who said they’d find out what happened and as of 5pm today, still nothing. It’s hugely disappointing. I’d picked out all my partner’s favourite beers for his special day and I’m pretty upset that they haven’t even taken the time to get back in touch promptly. I had to give at least 1 star to leave this review but that’s generous based on their customer service so far

We have been in contact with APC yesterday and we are still waiting on an full investigation to be conducted to find out as much information as possible on the location of your order. Placed an order for over £100 2 weeks ago due to an unbelievable series of actions and miscummunications from both beer merchants and there courier pacelforce I today receive half of my delivery with the other half to be delivered "within 48 hours" after talking with a manager the closest he can manage to a resolution is a £10 voucher and his apologies so now I will be waking up at 8am again for the next 2 days just in case my delivery shows up.

Order cancelled with no explanation. Waited several days for delivery then received a refund. No communication whatsoever. Dreadful customer service - my second poor experience with Beer Merchants.

Sent me the wrong beer, then told me I was wrong when I got in touch with customer service. Only offered a refund after I explained they were liable. Will not be using them again and won't be recommending.

Wrong order , emailed them no response and then again , said they would refund me on the can but still haven't . It's know wonder I hardly use them anymore

Awful online system means you cannot correct a delivery address if you make a mistake. I had to email them to rectify instead, which was then ignored until the item had been dispatched. Item was therefore delivered to the wrong address and the courier faked my signature. I highlighted this to the support team, but a week later I have had no resolution and I am left chasing them - shocking service. Totally dissatisfied, frustrated and very thirsty!

sent me 24 cans of beer ,only two days left to best before date,i contacted them,explaining this beer is best fresh,it even said so on the can,just brushed me off,very poor service,wont use again or recommend

Received order with items not as advertised, have emailed back twice now with no response, terrible customer service considering how much I have already spent with you. Will be returning goods due to the unwillingness to resolve my issue.
