I was shipped someone else's order, with all of their personal details, and after a week still didn't have my beer.

The same experience I have had on the last three orders. Out of date beer. Granted it (one can) is only now 9 x days over and probably fine but still it should not happen. Seems to be a practice of beermerchants. Pretty sure I said I would not order from beermerchants again...but I did.

Beer didn’t arrive. Beermerchants basically said chase it yourself with courier. Couldn’t. Suggested beermerchants chases it as I ordered from them! Ryan didn’t answer my email or respond to a voicemail. Disgusted. Want my money back but no one will respond. Not leaving it at that I can assure you

Ordered on 26/3/18. Received no beer. States that the order is 'processing' on the account page. Emailed and tweeted them twice. No reply. Rang the number on a Wednesday, got told they would get back to me by the end of Friday as they would have to investigate it. Not heard from them since. That was 3 weeks ago.

I have not received my order and I have had no communication from Beer Merchants. I cannot put less than very poor. I have checked the Parcel Force tracking history and it states that it was delivered back to sender 15/2/18 (Thurs). It is now 20/2/18 (Tues) and I have been asked for some customer feedback to say how well you have done. I would expect more for a regular customer, but I suppose I can shop somewhere else when I get my refund. Yours unhappily Carl

Paid extra for Saturday Delivery. Never got it on Saturday. Didn't get it on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Finally they delivered on Wednesday, one week after ordering and paying extra for Saturday delivery. Their excuses were ridiculous - sometimes they blamed the parcel company, sometimes they blamed their own colleagues.

Not very impressed, one of the cans had blown and was out of date and a couple of the others were closer to the best before date than I would have liked. I tried to contact them but no reply, so I left a message on their answer phone for them to return my call but the never got back to me, also left a message on website but still no response. Therefore I wouldn't use them again.

Not very good at all. Ordered a gift set for a present, to be delivered next day. Received notification that it had been delivered, spent a few days hunting around neighbours and receptions, and finally contacted beermerchants to find that it had been damaged, and they were now out of stock for the item. Very disappointing first experience, doubt I’d use again. Beer Merchants - order 100062238 if you’d like to follow up.

I have asked for the name on my account to be corrected. They say that it's been done, but the survey email has the wrong name on it. Will keep giving 1 out of 5 until this is sorted, then they'll get 5 out of 5 which is a true reflection of their services.

The beer order I purchased didn’t include 1 of the beers I’d chosen. I received an email confirming that a refund had been made but I would have much preferred being sent a replacement.

Website has a very unappealing design. Poor infomation about the beers. Many items out of stock. Delivery of my order was a bottle short.

Whilst the range of beers and pricing is excellent, I am leaving this review as a very strong indicator of my dissatisfaction with the choice of courier (Parcelforce), who left a "sorry we missed you" card TWICE even though someone was at home at the time of delivery. I have now been told I have to collect it from a Post Office which is not even my local one... I will not be ordering again until Beer Merchant change their courier. Shipment # 100024553

Package was damaged in transit so didn't arrive on time for my brothers birthday and I had to chase it up. Response I got was just a generic email, nothing personal. When the items were resent the courier didn't even call to my brothers address yet said he wasn't at home and obviously no calling card was left. It was another 2 days before he got the delivery. Bad first experience with beer merchants......

I ordered 20 augustiner helles and 5 augustiner Edelstoff to arrive for Christmas. On the 19th of December I received an e mail saying my order had been despatched and would usually be with me the next working day. I waited until the 23rd with no further communication until I decided to send an e mail. I was told they had only received Edelstoff from the suppliers and had not been able to make up my order. To only be made aware of this 2 days before Christmas was bad enough but I understand it is a busy period but what I did not understand is why there was no attempt to offer any form of alternative. Why not offer to make up the order with Edelstoff? Why not offer any form of compensation? Instead I received an e mail with excuses and a refund, there was an opportunity to show good customer service and rescue something of a bad situation but instead it was made a whole lot worse. Very poor.

Placed and order and it did not arrive for over a week when it said it was dispatched after one day. Then when the order arrived it was not the full order.

Very bad customer service - eventually got the beer I ordered after 3 phone calls and waiting 3 weeks! - won't use them again even though they apologised saying there systems were under review. Very disappointed ????
