“I was a first shopper with Beer Merchants. After a small mistake on my order (where they had missed a few beers and had not informed me they were out of stock), I called them up and their customer service was fantastic! Not only did they give me a full refund on my order (which I wasn't even asking for) but also gave me a discount code on my next order. My refund was with within 24 hours of my call and I simply can not recommend them enough. Big thanks to Nathan for his help and customer service and for the great response to my call. Will 100% be using again because of their great help and response.”

“Such an excellent selection of beers, some I'd never heard of before but was tempted to try (they describe the style to make it easy). I ordered two each of 12 different beers on a Wednesday evening and they arrived well-packaged and in double-quick time on Friday.”

“Absolutely first class! Had a slight issue with delivery (not Beer Merchants fault) and Nathan resolved the issue quickly. Outstanding Customer Service. Great beers, great prices, great communication and great staff. Will most definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend to others 🍻🍻”

“Fantastic service, great personable team that deal with enquiries and a fantastic range of really hard to find beers. We went with a family favourite from Germany - Rothaus, that is really hard to get hold of and despite a massively cretinous DHL delivery person, Nathan was quick to give me advice on the issue. Happy days. Highly recommended company.”

“Ordered a Belgian Beer Mixed Case and the Omnipollo Tasting Pack. There was a few issues with me putting my address in incorrectly and the guys in customer service changed over for me straight away. I'm now all set for my weekend of drinking all thanks to Beer Merchants. Awesome beers and great staff.”

“Always used to holiday in Flanders and return with 3-4 crates of the precious liquid.BUT due to the world changing forever due the Chinese bats- i am stuck in the UK.SO what to do about the situation?.Along comes Beer Merchants with a substantial list of Belgium Biers-very well priced so i ordered from them So glad i did The whole process took 3 days from e-mail to a knock on the door from a DHL driver(lovely friendly man) The biers securely packed in foolproof cardboard box-So I am now a firm fan and will use this company again for sure.thank you”

“Fantastic service and speedy delivery. Packed really well and contained a glass which came perfectly. I had one beer unavailable as it went out of stock whilst my pre-order came in. They replied within moments to an email and rectified immediately. Could not be happier!!”

“Have been using this company for a while, always on time deliveries with DHL. Great place to get German beer to your door, cant fault the choice. One small issue rectified immediately, by the staff on duty. Would happily recommend this company, probably the best in this business.”

“I've had two deliveries from Beer Merchants now. The first was faultless. There were some difficulties with the second delivery via DHL, but this was no fault of Beer Merchants. Nathan in the support team showed excellent customer service and helped ever step of the way. Great selection of beers, of course, and I look forward to tucking in!”

“Further to a review I posted on the 12th of April which outlined my disappointment with Beer Merchants but I have decided to revise my score from 1 to 5 stars because the company has totally redeemed themselves and their reputation in my eyes. I received a phone call from a gentleman called Benjamin who apologised for the delay with my order and immediately organised another order and I received the order within 2 days with some complimentary items enclosed. My husband was able to enjoy some extra beers and celebrate his birthday again in the garden with some friends the following weekend so it all worked out in the end. I feel everyone should be allowed to make at least one mistake but it is how it is rectified is the important thing so I certainly believe Benjamin and Beer Merchants turned a negative review into a positive. Well Done”

“They have an awesome selection of beers. Deliveries are usually shipped pretty quick! I am always buying beer for gifts for my team and they love it! Also they very recently were so kind and resent a delivery that was not received, even though it wasn't Beer Merchants fault! Thank you :)”
