“Good selection. Prompt delivery (attempted to del. in under 2 full days from order). Good packaging. Everything as it should be. Only qualm was the week it took to retrieve the parcel from the random Post Office Parcelforce decided to deliver the box too, as I was at work - but this wasn't really BM's fault. Cheers.”

“Delivery was astoundingly quick. Excellent service! I'd give 5 stars, but there was a reduced price for 24 bottles... but Beer Merchants only had 15 in stock. Ah well, it's a good excuse to buy more beer.”

“I've used Beer Merchants for a number of years and always been satisfied. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that for the first time my prime choice - Rochefort 8 - was not in stock, and neither was some of my other favourites, Hoegaarden Grand Cru and Verboden Vrucht.”

“You sent me beer, that made me happy. What would have made it better is, based on what I bought, sending me a free taster beer, because I clearly like beer, and there was room in the box.”

“Once again a very good service where items delivered in a quick timescale and you were able to track your order. However on this occasion I believe this beer was a little pricey. The beer itself was very refreshing however it did not have a very strong flavour a weaker version of Hoegaarden which I used to drink before I was diagnosed, so I will not be ordering this one again.”

“The correct beers arrived undamaged in a well packaged box...however, I would have given 5 stars but Parcel Force let me down and my package had to be collected from them in the end meaning they arrived late! But happy with everything else that Beer Merchants had done!”
