“Douglas was amazing 👍 he explained various terms with regard to my phone call to cancel my subscription 😢 sadly I’ve been put on furlough as a self employed contractor financially it’s very difficult he explained everything and I was very happy with the outcome of our conversation. First class customer service 👍”

“Been subscribed for 6 months and enjoyed every box. Never a problem with delivery. It's come a time where I needed to cancel due to finance, But when I phoned up Douglas helped me with just suspending for a few months. Allowing me to keep points I've accumulated. Very helpful professional and friendly.”
