“Douglas was very friendly, efficient and knew exactly how to handle the call. I wanted to end my subscription and was expecting the usual "just one more offer to entice you back" type chat - which happened but was in a tone I appreciated and showed than he got it”

“Having decided to give up Beer52 on account of having received two cases of the wrong beers after having been assured that my choice would be respected, I was delighted to be contacted by Douglas. This man has virtual customer service down to a very fine art. As a consequent, I am maintaining my subscription and am again confident with Beer52. Douglas could teacher some of the other Beer Advisors how to do the job. I trust that his supervisor/manager will use the talent displayed”

“I rang to cancel as I lost my job and beer seemed a luxury with such uncertainty in my life. Douglas was empathetic and told me I could take a 2 month break and review things again, also if I continued I had a £10 credit for my delivery in July 😉 Good job 👏👍👌Douglas”
