“Good chat with Douglas at Beer 52 to make a few changes to my subscription. Everything handled very efficiently, as well as chatting for a few moments about the available options (and suggestions for new products in the future which would better suit my tastes). With respect to the beers, there's a good selection in the 10 box dark/light mix, but I would really like to see a dark/stout subscription box.”

“Douglas was a star, unfortunately I had to cancel and he was very understanding. Not too pushy; he offered me a discount and incentive to stay. But understood that this was merely because my wife is a monster! Hats off!”

“I bit of a weird one, as I cancelled my membership. However... The process of cancelling was not made intentionally difficult (see Amazon etc, etc...), the people I've spoke to at Beer52 have always been lovely, and the beer was really nice. Unfortunately, I just don't drink that much beer! All the best for the future Beer 52, and please don't change!”

“Great beers from a range of company's, there's a mix of beers so it never gets boring with quick delivery. Spoke with Douglas to cancel, he was friendly and offered alternative options but didn't hassle me to stay when I committed to cancelling, all in all very happy 👍”

“I needed to cancel my subscription and it was easy to do. I was offered, a few other alternatives which was nice to have options but in the end, cancellation was what I chose and it was no hassle at all. Thank you.”
