“Brill customer service... FAB beer selection and impressed with the quality of overall product. My delivery was late but resolved quickly and that's all you can ask for in the current circumstances.”

“All too frequently we get unsolicited calls about car accidents that never happened but today's call was altogether a much more pleasant experience. Douglas from Beer52 calling to check in and see how I was enjoying the subscription. Nice guy, no hard sell.”

“Douglas gave good customer service when I got through to cancel my subscription; I can't say the same for the company overall though - a long wait to get through on the phoneline when it would be very easy to make cancellation available online. Also your courier left my order on the street?! Disappointing.”
