“Great customer service. I had a financial concern as my subscription was due and I sent an email, but as it was so close to my payment going I was mentally ready to eat beans for the rest of the month, but Angus stepped up without question and stopped the delivery and refunded me immediately. I can’t thanks Angus enough and I’ll be back to sample the best beers in the business.”

“Fantastic selection of ales never disappointed with any I had great customer service always delivered on time the only reason I left is I’m starting to brew my on ale but would not hesitate to join up even when cancelling my subscription there was no problem worth a go if you like your craft ales”

“A great selection of Beers, I particularly enjoyed the stouts. The only reason I cancelled was due to health reasons. Took a while to get through to customer service, but when I did, I spoke to Kirsty who was very courteous and provided great service with a minimum of fuss.”

“Long-term customer who finally decided to cancel after yet another bizarre, unpalatable delivery... Then I find out you MUST PHONE them to cancel your subscription and guess what? Completely uncontactable customer service... no response to emails, nobody answers phones, my only option at this point is to cancel my DD or otherwise prevent them taking cash. Disgraceful business practice.”
