“Had a gift voucher, to claim i had to subscribe, once beer had come i i cancelled dubsriprion , had to do it over phone. Spoke with a woman called Kirsty, she had a wonderful telrphone manner was so pleasant and great customer servicè skills”

“Love using Beer52.com , beer delivered straight to your door and excellently packaged. On the one occasion my beer went missing i called and spoke to a very helpful lady called Kirsty Cleary and she resolved the issue in no time at all and got a replacement box sent out to me. Just waiting for it to arrive now so i can carry on enjoying the great beers !”

She offered clear and concise information and explanations along with immediate, no quibble, resolutions to the issues of failed delivery of my orders. Her actions have resulted in me NOT cancelling my subscription. Excellent customer service (shame I had to use them).”
