Called up to cancel my membership and Kirsty C was a great help. Really friendly and not pushy when I said i wanted to cancel. She also set me up with a reduced price on my last box and made sure that as soon as I was billed for it, I wouldn't need to call again to cancel.

The package I received was awesome, lovely beers I've never seen in the shop. Kirsty Cleary was great to deal with at the end of my subscription.

Fantastic selection of beers and amazing customer service through and through. Moving to another country so had to cancel and Kirsty Cleary made the whole process smooth and even gave me a discount on my final month! Fantastic service and happy to keep using in the future.

Amazing discount , very quick delivery. I dont drink myself but my family and neighbours was happy and they said that this beer was very tasty, Im sure they will order more :)

Bought for Father's Day on behalf of the cats, however the cats don't get much pocket money, so had to cancel. Chris Welsh made the process easy and gave me many options but I don't drink beer. Sorry.

Great customer service. Kirsty was very helpful. Introductory offer was very reasonable and offer on 2nd box too. At full price, decided these were like a special treat. Think in 2 boxes there was only one beer that I didn’t enjoy. Arrived promptly and well packaged.

Settled into bimonthly order and all bar one box (which was still OK) has been excellent, varied and worth the outlay. The odd minor issue has been resolved quickly, the last by the chirpy Kirsty

This would of been a 3* if it wasn't for Kirsty Cleary. Price to products is expensive but she's dealt with my problem like a boss.

I was overcharged at checkout, apparently due to an error. Kirsty was very polite and helpful in getting the difference refunded to me in a timely manner.

Hi. Really enjoyed the beers, the snacks, glasses and the magazine. But I stopped drinking too much beer as I run quite a bit now. Anyway I may be back and thanks to Kirsty for helping me cancel with grace...as you say it may be Au Revoir

Great customer service. I had a financial concern as my subscription was due and I sent an email, but as it was so close to my payment going I was mentally ready to eat beans for the rest of the month, but Angus stepped up without question and stopped the delivery and refunded me immediately. I can’t thanks Angus enough and I’ll be back to sample the best beers in the business.
