“Great to get something new to try every month. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Douglas explained a few different options and helped me decide on the best option for me around my circumstances”

“Douglas was very professional and friendly. I called to cancel my subscription not because of the products, but purely down to the price and current times it’s a bit tight. I decided to stay 1 extra month to see how it goes, he deffo helped with the decision down to his manner on the phone. He’s great!”

“The beers came very fast and I was happy with the variety. Unfortunately I was unable to taste these at the moment but I did try the non alcoholic grapefruit and tonic which was very nice. I will re subscribe soon”

“Really enjoyed the variety of beers that I have received over the Covid19 period. Spoke to Douglas over the phone to cancel my membership, due to cost, however he convinced me to stay for another month at least.”

“Great Beer but scared of the milkshake beer 😅, great customer service. Called and Douglas answered withing 2 minutes. Helped me change my subscription to 3 months after wanting to cancel to cut down on beer drinking”

“Really interesting beers by a company who are passionate about their products, did find if a bit pricey, although they do offer discounts. Spoke to Douglas when cancelling my subscription and he was pleasant and understood the reasoning, but did offer me some good deals.”
