“As a service, 2nd to none. Unfortunately I'm not an ipa type guy so the beers weren't for me but the service was superb. From order, delivery and subsequent cancellation. Superb service. Kirsty understood why it wasn't for me. An asset to the company”

“Hi I received my first delivery today, less than 24 hours after ordering, 'FIRST CLASS' service.I had a few questions so i called and spoke to Kirsty Cleary who was truly amazing, she took onboard my thoughts, gave me options which I was more than satisfied with, will recommend beer52.com to friends and family.”

“Always loved Beer52, the range of beers they send out is always top quality. Great service, I sent an email recently with an enquiry and a chap called Angus replied promptly and efficiently! Delivery always tracked, never had to return or get a refund for anything.”

“My wife and I really enjoy the exploration of beer that the Beer52 boxes provide and when I had an issue (completely caused by me and my adjustment of my subscription) Angus helped to sort it out very quickly and efficiently - so that I did not miss out on the "Chicago" themed box. “Great service, fair prices and always superb customer service. I have contacted customer services a few times now for various mess-ups on my part and the team have always left me with a smile on my face. Consistently super helpful. This time I had the pleasure of Kirsty who was able to track down and resend my beers after the first few missed deliveries when I was on holiday. I was pleasantly surprised when there was no extra cost for postage. Keep up the good work.”
