Very disappointing experience with this company. I had been a little reluctant to purchase after having read various negative reviews, but I thought I would try it out because the shoes looked beautiful. In reality, they were not comfortable and did not fit my foot well. I am now unfortunately stuck with very uncomfortable shoes for my wedding following an incredibly frustrating customer service experience. I would expect much better quality customer service particularly at this price point.

Beautiful shoes, but in my experience they are not very comfortable. I would also expect a higher quality of customer service for shoes at this price range. I read several other reviews before that caused me to be wary, but unfortunately decided to try my luck. I am now stuck with shoes that will look beautiful in a picture, but do not fit and will be uncomfortable for my wedding. I would advise ordering from another carrier (such as Nordstrom) of this brand rather than the store itself.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a shipping label, as I wanted to exchange for a different size. The shoes were $300. They said I had to pay for it myself. Being a covid bride and having to make so many changes already, I was very disappointed. I still wanted the product, but did not want to pay $17 to send the shoes back. I chatted online, messaged on instagram, and emailed.

Hi Bridget, I am very sorry to hear you feel that we were not being helpful. We believe we did our best to try to accommodate your needs and we have been communicative along the way. Please know that we try our best to accommodate everyone based on their needs basis. In this case, we were following our company-wide policies (that we do not cover shipping cost to ship the shoes back to our facility). However, we cover the shipping costs to ship the shoes from our facility to you, from the first pair and in any event of exchanges (whether you need the exchanges done 3, 4 or 5 times). We understand the pandemic has caused a lot of hardship and difficulties to everyone . We sympathize. As a company, we have extended our return policy to 60 days, changed our international return policy, offered free and upgraded shipping and lower international shipping rates to accommodate for any uncertainties. We, as a company, have adapted to accommodate the changing needs of our customers as sustainably as we can. Again, we were merely going through our company policy in regards to this matter. We hope you understand. Please let me know if we can be of any other help outside of what we have offered. Thank you.

I ordered the Anita Black in US8 but was sent UK8 instead (which is US10.5). There was not enough time to exchange for the correct size before the event I needed them for. I paid extra for 2 days shipping, and then had to pay again to return them despite the company sending the wrong shoes. On top of all that, Fedex verified that the shoes were received by the Bella Belle return center over a week ago, and I have yet to be contacted by Bella Belle saying that my refund is in progress. Overall, I'm unhappy and concerned I won't get my $300 back despite never even putting the shoes on.

Hello Stephanie, We did a quick investigation and found you indeed had purchased size US size 10.5, which was a UK size 8. It seems like you had confused the UK and US size listing. We verified we had sent you the correct size that was in your order. We are sorry you felt the mistake was on our part. Gorgeous shoes for one time wear. I love the style and comfort of these shoes but the quality does not live up to what is claimed. The soles of my shoes were completely ruined after wearing them for a few hours on my wedding day (the ceremony and reception were both indoors). Be sure to peel off the “protective” plastic. When I contacted the company, the Bella Bell Shoes representative first dismissed my concern by suggesting, “peel off the protective plastic and you’re ready for many more wears!” Then, she blamed the protective plastic for an uneven wear. I would not have paid this much for a one time use and am very disappointed in the company for the lack of customer service I received. But you will love these shoes if money and lasting quality is not a concern!

We understand each person's foot is different and each shoe fits differently. We reviewed your email correspondence with customer care and you did not mention the shoes arriving dirty. In this day and age, charging for shipping both ways AND re-stocking fee simply doesn't fit within the shopping habits of most brides.. not to mention the fact the re-stocking fee was relatively hidden on the website, so I ended up spending $65 on nothing. The shoes are beautifully made, but without an ability to try them on, the company does not meet my standards.

My shoes were very uncomfortable. The pearls and ivory beads on the back of my shoes came off 15 minutes after putting them on (on my wedding day), and the worse part about everything is that I wrote to the company and no one every responded. The hotel provided glue as we left for our wedding venue, and thank God for the Concierge Staff because I almost got married with one of the shoes beading dragging the ground.

I’m felt disappointed for the size, I wear US8 usually so I followed yours size chart. I ordered US8 for the wedding shoes from your website, but it’s too big for me(as attached). I think you should bare the shipping cost. Thank you
