“Absolutely horrendous customer service - the rug was never delivered, it was dropped for collection, one month later I am still waiting for my money back. Avoid at ALL COSTS !!!!”

“So all in all I am deeply unsatisfied by your products and handling of shipping. Also: I wanted to send 2 of 3 products back straight away but the shipping back costs almost more than the product itself. I would appreciate it if you would send me the rug I ordered at least free of charge.”

“I ordered a washable rugs (beige and blue) from Benuta, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The delivery was significantly delayed, with little communication or updates about the status of my order. When the rug finally arrived, it was nothing like the pictures online. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, and the colours were much duller than expected. For the price, I expected a lot more. Between the delay and the disappointing product, I wouldn’t shop with Benuta again.”

“I didn't like the rug and asked to return free of charge because it didn't look like the images in my opinion. If it had I would have liked it, as ordered it based on the images. I had to pay £20 to return and via DPD. Would never use this company again for that reason”

“Customer service is almost non-existent which is a shame because the product is good. Takes days for a reply and the replies are robotic cut and paste, not engaging with what you've actually asked them, sometimes sounding quite rude. They told me repeatedly they had sent a return label when they hadn't and it took a couple of weeks just to get a return label and address so I could swap the rug for a bigger version.”
