“I ordered 2 rugs 0n 11/01/25 & had to contact Benuta about a delivery date, only to be told that the rugs I had ordered were out of stock! Neeles to say I am still waiting to be contacted about the promised refund! Not good business pratice at all. Sharon Wild”

“My rug has not arrived as benuta dispatched to wrong address. They have refused to follow this up. I have waited 6 weeks and had no help whatsoever. Worst company ever and I have reflected this in many online reviews.”

“Sadly, the rug never arrived. We kept following the tracking, which shows it was returned to Benuta on 1st February. We’ve emailed customer service, but they said they would only issue a refund once the rug was back with them—despite the fact that delivery was never even attempted at our address. According to the tracking, it arrived back with them on 1st February, yet there’s still no sign of a refund. So, we’re left with no rug and no refund. We’re very disappointed, as we really wanted this rug for my son’s room.”

“Awful returns process. Having waited longer than stated on delivery to then recieve an item of poor quality is one thing but the hoops to jump through and the £20 returns fee is terrible. Will not use this company again”

“If I could give service zero stars I would. Delivery time is stated as 6-8 days. The rug was delivered over a month after I ordered. Tracking doesn’t work so I was left guessing if/when it would arrive. I was on holiday when it eventually came and could thankfully ask a neighbour to check it was not left on my driveway as I received no confirmation. Despite having a co.uk address they are not in the uk which is dishonest and I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known as delivery is bound to be longer and I needed the rug sooner. The rug itself is great which is why I’ve given 2 stars. I wanted a latex backed rug that wouldn’t move and it is ideal for that. Would not use again because the stress of not knowing when/if it might arrive isn’t worth it. They need to be honest about their location and delivery times and reduce costs accordingly.”

“the worst and lowest quality carpets are here. Moreover, customer satisfaction is zero. They never care. Never shop, never buy anything. Your money and time will go to waste. I ordered 2 carpets about 2 months ago, 2 pieces of 140*200, but they sent me a 300*200 carpet and it arrived 12 days later. I asked for a refund, they said you can keep the carpet and we will refund 90% of it, but they did not. They did not answer my e-mails. The carpet is supposedly washable, but I threw it in the trash after washing it once.”
