“Really poor service from benuta. I ordered this to my home address. I checked the delivery 10 days later and the tracking said it had been delivered to a shop for collection. I got no notice of this from benuta or UPS”

“The world’s worst customer service. My order was automatically cancelled as they mislabeled it, and then instead of helping in resolving, the manager was terribly rude and unhelpful. Would never, ever, ever get anywhere near this awful place.”
