Carpet arrived completely bent, was not transported on a roll but packed in a box that was too small. Nobody responded to repeated queries and requests to collect the product. I have claimed the amount on my credit card. Inadequate customer service, unacceptable goods, will no longer order from this company.

I placed an order on December 19, 2024, and I have not received anything yet, especially now that it's January 13, 2025. No response from Customer service !!!!! I sent email but no reply!!!

Don’t think you should be selling to uk unless you have a warehouse here and the process of receiving the rug and sending it back is made quicker and easier. Also a contact number for customer service would be good for uk residents.

never received it !… Benuta cancelled my order and refunded my money without telling me. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told the item I ordered was out of stock!.. Really poor service and communication from start to finish with this company. Avoid Benuta.

Customer communications absolute nightmare the whole process from beginning to end was horrendous. Your returns policy is the by far the worst and most stressful process I have ever experienced would never buy another rug from you that is for sure

I am so disappointed with my purchase. The rug was expensive but looks like a cheap cut off. It was packed so tightly that there is no way of saving the original packaging to return this rug. I would like my money back.

Very poor customer service or at the warehouse for delivery as When I received this rug I find out that it was already damage and used I was feeling so stupid all the corner was use and dark spot all over the rug it was also a mark they try to clean it was yellow also plenary of furniture mark on it it’s the first time in my life I can’t believe they could send this to a customer

Really disappointed. Came folded up won't go flat. Slides easily and looks cheap.

Absolutely disaster! I saw the Benuta add constantly online so I decided to make a purchase. It was for a small kitchen rug so what could go wrong? Rug arrived super quickly however what wasn’t mentioned in the description, the one side of the rug is double folded meaning my pantry door won’t open or close over as it’s too thick. As disappointing as that was I figured I could simply return for a refund. Here is when I wish I had paid more attention to the small print. A return from the U.K. will deduct me £19 from original price!! You also need to print out no less than 3 forms and fill out customs declarations and submit online return on portal. None of the instructions are super clear and it all feels very stressful. I then dropped off my rug at the Post Office as instructed only for parcel to be returned to me again 2 days later despite them scanning correct new label. I now have to go back to post office and attempt to return again. All in all a super horrible experience for a rug that was not as described online. Avoid this company at all cost unless you are willing to pay massive returns fee and print several forms.
