“Customer service is a farce, products are not what is advertised, items are poorly made with buttons missing, flimsy material that falls apart, boots that are advertised as leather are some sort of rubber and shirts so poorly made and sized that it's impossible to understand what kind of patterns they sew from. I'll be sending pics later. It was a miserable experience. This company is advertised in one site that they're from Hong Kong. They're not. The product is made in some province in China. I know because I spent $80 to send the items back to have them refused and sent back to me. I used paypal and they were useless and Synchrony Bank won't stand with their customers either. This company may have sent a product after being paid, but the product wasn't as advertised and in my book that's FRAUD.”
“The only good thing about my experience is that I learned what NOT to look for in an online company. I never did my research, never knew they were in China and I got burned. I ordered $95 worth of clothing and not one piece fit. I wear an XL and these dresses were maybe a size 6. It took 2 months to get here. Very poor quality. They refuse to give me an address to return it. So, I'm stuck I guess, but I will do my best to warn others. AND I WILL!”
“We ordered nine blouses and one cap. Only recieved one blouse. The tracking number said delivered and signed for. Neither is true. I would not trust this company. If you fall into this trap you deserve what you don't get.”
“I also had issues with BerryLook. The merchandise they sent me was sub-par. It was not of the same quality of the pictures advertised. The material was cheap, the style was off and they never responded to my request for a refund.
I replied (4) times for a refund process. Each time I received an email requesting me to state my issues with the items and to submit pictures. I sent links of the items advertised on their website and pictures of what I received.
I never received a refund response or a refund.”
“This is the worst made clothing I have ever seen. I wear a large and ordered a large shirt and extra large pans and none of the clothing fit. The sizes were more like small. These clothing sites do not need to even be on the website this is a scam company. I've asked for my money back and no response.”
“The company works harder not refunding money even with 12 Emails showing mechandise was returned and UPS shows proof of delivery . So in my opinion that makes thiefs. What went wrong my credit card was hacked and stuff was sent to me. 18 different items was sent to me. Everyone of them were resolved except yours. How are you still in business. “Beautiful website. We ordered a pair of women's shoes for my wife. Upon receipt we found the sizes to be much too small. Berrylook offered replacements for an additional charge. We would not pay more for their error so Berrylook provided a return address. We erred in returning the shoes as we were not covered for any shipping charges.
If you choose to buy anything from Berrylook be sure you want the item(s) as their reuurn policy is poor.”

“Clothing was not delivered until I filed a complaint with the FTC and my credit card company. When I received the 2 shirts I ordered, they were marked my size, but they were very small, and the material was like paper. I put the whole bag in the trash. “I ordered a blouse size XL in USA size and a pair of loafers leopard tip, blue and beige colored. The blouse is just horribly made. The quality of the items i received don't look nothing like what i ordered. I couldn't fit the blouse at all so i just tried putting my arm in the sleeve but the sleeves were extremely too tight and i don't really know how to describe the feel of material of the blouse and the shoes well at least they were the right size but that's all the leopard part is made of a cheap shinny plastic and the strap with the stars across the front of the shoes looks like a piece of hair ribbon. “This is a scam...they delivered a box of frivolous cheap items that was not my order and then said they had proof of delivery. I was able to obtain a refund from PayPal but this is definitely a scam based on similar customer reviews. FedEx or PayPal should stop all relationship with them. Do not buy!”

I originally placed my ordered “3” mths ago (07-31-20) only to receive partial of the order. It’s truly UPSETTING, I paid my money in good faith knowing that I would receive my merchandise in a reasonable and timely matter. The missing 2 items are: Fashion Casual Stretch High Waist Lace-up Pants (black) and Fashion Casual Cargo Pants (green). Please refer to my order form for further information.
Could someone please address my concerns? Please advise if or when the pending items will be shipped out for delivery. When I searched the missing items by the tracking number #E1912234, the message reads: your order is being prepared. Really after “3” Months? This is truly ridiculous and BAD business on behave of BERRYLOOK.COM. It doesn’t deserve a 1 star but I had to select something to complete the review.

“If there is a 0 that's the rating I will give, nothing in my orders look the same as the pictures, materials use was not even near the prints of the dresses, the flow of the dress shown has nothing its just like big shirt sewn, even if the one that will wear it is size 0 and your order is 3x still doesn't work, I know coz I do a bit of sewing only I'm lazy, ordered 11 items, only 1 was passable, takes more than 3 weeks to arrive, like me I was going to therapy and checked it a week later only to find out can't return it ordered 7/7/20 arrived 7/29/20, checked 8/8/20 past 30 days from ordering not qualified for return .”
