Your emails may end up, in your Junk email. Click reply, The email may be returned as “Undeliverable”. It seems, I’ve made a donation to THE SCAM COMPANY”. I may never get my orders or my refund, but I do send the same emails everyday!!! Sometimes your emails will disappear. I wrote an extensive review, but somehow within the hour, I get kicked off. I’ve been researching LEGAL ASSISTANCE. No results yet, but I’m just that stubborn. I’m going to continue sending my insulting emails. No one is reading them anyway. If anybody has experienced, a positive relationship, please let us know. Oh well, I want to know.

“Parcel never arrived, they kept my money anyway
I don't usually post negative feedback but this 'company' really deserved it.
I ordered a hoodie on 29th February and a few hours they confirmed my order, I have received a note that I have unpaid orders and I need to pay them immediately. I contacted them to ask what this is about and they assured me that the order is paid (the money was in fact taken off my account anyway) and all is well. As it was before the lockdown, the delivery address was my work. As everything was manic everywhere, I waited patiently and only asked them on 27th March for information about my item. They assured that all is well and the parcel is coming. They gave me a Tracking No. which was not working. Waiting again. On 1st May, they informed me that my parcel has been delivered at 7.26pm which was obviously a lie as every post gets registered in the postal book of my company. I flagged this to them when they told me that it is with my local post office or my neighbours. I informed them that it is not possible as it is an office area, no residential properties around, the parcels get registered due to strict rules and the local post office is closed due to the Covid-19 situation and even if it was open, they close at 4.30pm and there is no drop-box to leave the parcel. Tens of back and forth emails when finally on 12th May one of their colleagues (Meralyn) confirmed that the parcel has been turned back from customs, never reached the address and in fact it is back in their warehouse safe and sound and should I like a voucher or a full refund.
At this point, I just wanted to be over this and asked for a full refund. As a reply to my refund email, I had another email (of course, all emails came from different people) stating that the parcel has been delivered....
Back and forth emails again, seemed like automated replies as no matter what evidence I provided from the chain of previous emails, always the same reply. The last one was three days ago when I told them to keep my money and my item as well and rest assured, I will give feedback re this whole misery.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. Unless, you have money to throw out of the window and the patience of replying to emails sent by robots.

“I thought that this was a good company to purchase clothes from since I am stuck in the house, but I have been waiting for over three weeks and have e not had any communication at all ,other than they have my money. I have not received a shipping date nor will they return my phone calls. “i made the purchase on January 2020, it cost GBP15.60 (order no.E1573186). i waited for more than 3 months, during this period, i sent emails and messages to the company, and they said for various reasons that my order would be delayed, at last they told me it was out of stock, i asked to refund, they refused, then the company gave the voucher GBP19 instead and asked me to make another purchase, because this voucher isn't included the delivery charge, so i paid GBP4.77 (order no.E1770964). On the second day after i paid the order, i confirmed with the company whether the goods i ordered were available, they told me this was out of stock again. They refunded GBP4.77 to my account. i made 2 orders, but I didn't received any orders so far, I asked the company to refund GBP15.60 as well. But they refused and didn't reply my mails.”
