I had two of the nicest most knowledgeable young adults install my 85 inch tv
It was installed off center previously but the bloomingdale illinois installer took the time to reposition it.
This gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable..he programed my TV and remotes and made sure I understood how to operate them.
I'm not sure of their names but they did a fantastic job today on 9/10/ 2020.

“My phone & kids phones were broken, so I went online to research where I could get good deals. Came up on Best Buy. Entering the store(Best Buy Green Acres Mall) my daughter and I started looking, saw a couple females at the front, totally not welcoming response from them. We started feeling uncomfortable and weird and decided we were going to return to Jamaica ave to buy our phones. We decided to go look at laptops because my girls needed one. There we met “AL” beautiful personality, who asked how he could help. It was not his department but he took the time out to take us to “EDDIE” pleasant, patient, listen to our needs, work with our budget.We had so many ?s. He took his time to walk us step by step through the process. What we did not get he went over numerous times. Introduce us to better deals. That would save us money and gave us better service. AL & EDDIE you made our shopping experience one a customer will never forget and will always keep coming back to your store. My daughter and I thank you. “I recently had an online purchase delivery fiasco that cost me a days work and great frustration. I drove over to my local Best Buy and had an amazing problem solving experience from the manager Corey M and an appliance employee Eugenio. They not only resolved the issue but were super friendly and empathetic which meant allot after the stress and waste of time I underwent earlier in the day . Way to go guys amazing service I will be back for in person shopping but never again online . The delivery service needs to be re contracted to people who take pride in their work and are in the solutions business not the looking for problems business.”

“Love the prices at Best Buy, especially with the financing option on the store card. If I had one criticism, I wish they would not make the purchase of their dryer cord and hose kit mandatory for new dryer installation as the prices are at least double what you can get them for on other sites.”
