He was super helpful, explained what we/he needed to do, and we were out of there in no time. Probably what I appreciated the most was Brandon didn’t give exhausted looks when I told him what I did and didn’t understand… which is not always the case. “I bought a Yale Lock and paid $200 for tech support to come install it on 6/21/21 between 7am and 1pm, at the Millbury Store in Worcester, hence I called out for work to wait for them, it got to 12.30pm, no communication, I decided to call the store and inquire. Talked to a person named Jade who was extremely rude, he stated I had an accent and that he wouldn't understand me even in a million years, and hanged up on me. Didn't even listen to what I was calling for or even transfer me to another person who maybe could have listened and understood me. Jade spoiled my whole entire day.”
