Brian, we like your installation of the tankless water heater drain pan, very good install! I looked at your order and you chose PVC on the drain adapter. We do have CPVC drain adapters as an option. “I recently made a purchase on this site for the first time. Lead-time was important so when I purchased the item I was told it was in-stock and would ship ASAP. Long story short the item ended up being out of stock and had to come from a warehouse in Florida instead of VA. This added several days onto the delivery date. This ended up being a big problem for my customer because the date the product was needed by had passed. After discussing this with Big Frog they ended up shipping the product next day air to me once it was received by them and in-stock. Saving several valuable days four our customer but at a significant cost to Big Frog. They ate the cost to over night the item to me. I work for an industrial sales company and run into this type of situation fairly often yet I have never had a company rectify the situation the way Bog Frog did. I would recommend purchasing from this site whenever possible. Thanks again Big Frog for going above and beyond to get this order to me and ultimately the end user as quick as humanly possible!!!”
