“Although I haven't used the outdoor griddle I purchased yet, I want to rate the customer service. UPS was the carrier which delivered the package. Unfortunately, they delivered it to the incorrect address. I reached out to BFS (Big Frog Supply) immediately to inform them of the issue and to see what their protocol is to replace the item, if it didn't turn up. It happened to be after business hours when I tried to make contact by phone, but I sent an email. Within a few hours, someone contacted me. They communication was very quick and helpful. The rep was attentive to the issue and expressed great concern and assured that he would do all her could to help. If my memory serves me right, the person that helped me was Colin. I would certainly do business with this company again should I have any additional needs and hope to review the product soon. Keep up the good work BFS! Shannon S., Benton, AR”
