Hello Jade, It looks like your item took a week to get to you via UPS Ground(Virginia to Utah). The item shipped Wed March 28th and shows as delivered Wed April 4th. The order came in at 3:30pm the 27th of March and left our facility the next day. Please let us know if you have not received the item, UPS has a signed delivery slip stating it was delivered. Please contact us at info@bigfrogsupply with any issues.

“Big frog has too many (if, and, buts) in returning a package or items. reboxing fee, inspection fees. I'm not sure when I may receive my refund or how much it will be it will be. I'm sorry to say, but I may not order from Big Frog Supply again.”
