My purchase was filled quickly and shipped promptly, but when I received it a part was missing. I called twice to customer service to report it. I never got a live person. I left two messages and never heard back. I don't know what's going on or if I'll get my order fulfilled. I am missing the lid for my dry well. Order #1011062

I receive an email May 7th that my package has been shipped with a reference number. I check the reference number each day afterwards to see how the package is doing and each day it doesn't say it has left but I thought that was a mistake. So I call Big Frog Supply on May 17th to see how my package is doing and they said it was never shipped and they were waiting on some of the parts and miraculously it will be sent that day and the person who I spoke with on the phone said it would be shipped out for 1 day shipping after me asking. The next day comes and I check my reference number and it says it is shipped and will arrive on next Monday. This is poor customer service. I haven't even received my package yet so I cannot speak on behalf of the accuracy of the order. I had several things to purchase irrigation related that I would have used this company for but not now. I will take my business elsewhere.

I know it was my fault for ordering a 1" PVB backflow preventer. I should have looked on the intake port. It was 1/2". But I've never had to replace this part for 15 years !! And i know that bigfrog showed me they had 1/2",3/4", and 1". I KNOW I SAW THIS. But anyway I have shipped order #1010517 back to you. I'm hoping that you don't charge me TOO much for this. It's my mistake, I know. But being retired and living on a fixed income, PLEASE cut me a break. I'd appreciate it immensely. Sorry again for the trouble. Sincerely, Gary Thomas.

Easy company to correspond with but just be careful of what you buy. I did not need the timer after all and sent it back. They charged $35.00 re-stock fee on a $100.00 item!!!

All was good with the process, but once the item was on it's way to me, or so it said that it was on its way - I have yet to see it. And that was over 7 days ago.

Hello Jade, It looks like your item took a week to get to you via UPS Ground(Virginia to Utah). The item shipped Wed March 28th and shows as delivered Wed April 4th. The order came in at 3:30pm the 27th of March and left our facility the next day. Please let us know if you have not received the item, UPS has a signed delivery slip stating it was delivered. Please contact us at info@bigfrogsupply with any issues.
Big frog has too many (if, and, buts) in returning a package or items. reboxing fee, inspection fees. I'm not sure when I may receive my refund or how much it will be it will be. I'm sorry to say, but I may not order from Big Frog Supply again.

Was not notified item ordered was not available at the time of order. Sent follow up email 10 days after order & got no response. Called 2 days after that and the person I talked to told me item was on back order and didn't know when the item would be shipped. Finally received item several days later after ordering replacement directly from Rain Bird.

Parts i ordered showed up in filthy plastic original bags, one of which was opened and stapled closed. I "think" they were new, but the packaging would suggested they were not well taken care of. Be cautious.

Rain Bird, Hunter, & Toro have tons of bags of product sitting on shelves getting dirty over time. You received your order in those bags as they fit the product and will help contain them so loose parts don't jumble around in shipping. Took too long to get my shipment. There was no communication of the late ship date until i called in and asked.

specifically requested 1/2" threaded connection, I received 1/2" slip on connection, not a problem I'll adapt. Could have gotten same spout for $ 14.95 locally. Cost me $38.05 for part and $9.99 for shipping, totaled $48.05. Expensive for cheap crap. Bought a solid chrome and the diverted valve is also brass and brass seat no plastic anywhere. You figure out what went wrong!!

Hi Ross, if you unthread that slip on connection, there is a threaded connection inside that is Brass. The manufacturer gives both options. That unit you purchased is more expensive because of the threaded part inside.
Price is good, delivery (still not here) is snail slow.

James, I apologize that the order sat for 9 days. We ran out of stock earlier in the day for your item and had already placed an order with Rain Bird. They took longer than expected to ship us our stocking order. This delayed us from shipping your order to you. Why didn't we stop you from buying that product or inform you? Normally Rain Bird would have our orders to us within 2-3 days, and you'd have it in another day. If we called you, it would have been 3-4 business days after your order which is when you would normally receive your order. I was very disappointed with the length of time that it took to receive my part from Big Frog. They were very prompt in sending a receipt for my order but provided no follow up in terms of shipping my order. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they told me that they expected it within the week and that they would then ship it. The part took another 10 days for me to receive. The part did arrive in good condition and is working well.

We ran out of stock and were waiting on an order from our distributors since Hunter has discontinued the item you ordered. This caused some unexpected delays. We do provide estimated times for orders, but did not in your case with not knowing how long until we received your item. I am satisfied with the final product, but there were some disappointments in the transaction. I would not do business here again. The product description was misleading. The item I got was listed as a sink drain for a disposal, but it was actually only a plastic trim piece for an existing drain. The item was shipped from another company. I looked up the brand, and found that it is carried by Home Depot for a fraction of the cost. I had ordered bone color, thinking that would be white, so I had to exchange for white. That was my fault. I spoke with a Big Frog employee, and he assured me that the replacement would be in the mail the next business day. I offered to pay for the new part if waiting for the original to ship back to the company would hold up shipping of the new one. He assured me there would be no hold up. I shipped the original part back and sent a tracking number, but the new part was not sent. I had to wait an extra week for the new part because they waited to get the original part (even though they said they would ship right away) and then forgot to ship the new part. It was a big hassle, as I was with out a kitchen sink waiting for the part to arrive.
