“Order shipped fast. It was damaged, but they got a new one out the door right away, I received it before I was even able to ship the other one back. Thanks!”

“The order supplied was perfect, but each plastic bag, the instructions and fittings, and two insulated bags were very wet. The instructions, while readable had to be copied in pieces because of the condition of the paper.”

“Be careful what you order if you might possibly have to return it because you won't get any refund back at all so you might as well just flush your money down the toilet”

“Need to offer an adapter for using a Jameson pruner head (which seems solidly designed, but may need a longer rope) with Lightning Stik carbon fiber poles or at least provide advice of whether/how one can connect the two by drilling into the pole as I did. Bullfrog could be more timely in delivery.”
