“The part I ordered was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part (my mistake), so I called customer service. They were very understanding, she tried to locate the part I needed from their stock and also other sources! Apparently the part is no longer made, so I was sent a return label and able to ship it back no charge. Excellent service. The next time I need a sprinkler system part, this is where I'll go.”
