“I ordered a tankless hot water heater to replace my old, outdated unit. The new unit arrived well-packaged and with all specified parts. The new unit was double-boxed: the Rinnai manufacturer box was further secured in the Big Frog Supply box. The price for the unit was very competitive when comparing across other websites. To my surprise, the package was shipped the same day and arrived in 2 days (ordered on Wednesday morning, and arrived on Friday). I selected the free ground shipping option. The new unit was installed by a professional and is working well so far.”

“I ordered the Grundfos Scalia 2 from all the way across the country. 2x that product has failed which is not their fault but 2x they have very quickly sent me a brand new pump no questions asked for free.
