I was not notified of this but had to inquire because I figured something was askew and it was. Seemed like a small issue and everyone has been very nice. But you asked...”

“The shipping company you used, Fed EX, said they dropped the package at BUSINESS address when it was closed and it wasn't anywhere to be found upon opening up on a Monday morning. After a week of trying to get to the bottom of this with no satisfaction I had to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Worst customer service I have ever run into. This was not my first purchase with your company but it will be the last!”
