The customer service person I spoke with handled my problem quickly and professionally. I am a sole proprietor GENERAC dealer and installer in Northeast PA. I have NO time to waste. Big Frog saved me money and more importantly TIME. I am very impressed and will continue to give them my business. Tim Randall Tim Randall Home Improvements LLC Generac dealer #11124480”

“When I called and asked the customer service representative for a 1hp pump he told me that they didn't have it in stocks and TOLD ME "A 1 1/2 HP WOULD WORK JUST FINE AND IT WONT MAKE MUCH DIFFERENCE"...Wrong! After it arrived I found out it makes a big difference. So I called back to arrange a return and bottom line is, I got charged $ 139.88. From my refund.. NOT HAPPY ! (Shipping and restock fee. I'm sure you know who I talked to.”
