“Had a pleasant customer service experience ordering by phone and even when asking a million questions over a few calls and also mentioning negative experiences from customers discussed online, was reassured that everything would be done to take care of my order and fast. Sure enough it was sent out business next day and tracking was provided. Thank goodness they sent promptly too because not two days later winter weather hit and my heater would have been delayed indefinitely. Pricing was very competitive and the product has been working well since installation several months ago. Thank you for everything.”
