“I spoke with a customer service rep when I ordered from Big Frog clarify that I was using the proper part number for water hydrants with top covers. Photos attached. When my order arrived, no covers, only hydrants. ( I spent well over $500 since I ordered three) I let Big Frog know part of my order had not been shipped & was told to open a ticket. Since I had my ditch open & paying by the hour on my job, I used the hydrants I got that lacked the covers. Now I have an open ticket & getting NO help. I fact, the company now admits that their staff advised me incorrectly, but it's now been over 30 days since I got my order. So I'm SOL. Bad business from the very beginning Attached a photo to show the hydrants I ordered ( with the part number) The covers are attached to the hydrants in the photo & the part number is visible. False advertisement & customer service is non-existent Will NEVER spend my money here again!”

“I purchased an expensive high-end Rinnai instant-on hot water heater for my vacation house in Mexico. Frog had the critical $40 piece I needed to plug my heater into my LPG tank. Great price. “Big Frog Supply quickly shipped a high quality water well pump to me, I have zero negative comment regarding this transaction, I do have a problem with their product carrier FedEx. People like myself living on a remote ranch in southwest Texas where back country roads are basically jeep trails at best, depends on a delivery service that capable to deliver in harsh environment (like UPS) w/ 4wd vehicles. FedEx posted delivered to customer via email which lead me into days of searching the largest county in Texas for my pump with no help from all parties involved.”

“They don't provide a light bulb and don't make it clear. It doesn't even ask or suggest an opportunity to purchase the correct bulb at check out. When I email them to ask where the light bulb is, they said "well it is a no lamp fixture you should have known it didn't have a bulb. We don't provide a bulb because we don't know what type you would like" Really!”
