“I had a great experience with Big Frog Supply! I was referred to them by the manufacturer of our tankless hot water heater filter. Big Frog Supply's website was easy to use, their communication via email was great and we received the product very quickly. I ended up ordering an additional item to have as a backup. I highly recommend them and will be back in the future. Thank you!”

“I over ordered a part and wanted to return the rest, 100% my bad. I offered to ship them back myself and asked if they had a different size. Never got a response. Had to contact them again about the return. Finally, someone sent me a link, then sent me a label. Obviously, they didn't pay any attention to my first message about paying for shipping myself and seeing if they had a different size from what I originally ordered. It doesn't take an engineer to figure out that the same size I originally ordered won't work as an alternate. Poor customer service.”

Helpful Report

“Big Frog had the product I needed at the best price I could find. I will always go to them to find what I need.”
