After talking with one of your sales persons, she advised me that she was cancelling my order with Amazon. She than placed a new order with the item that I needed. 2 Days later I had the item that I needed and was installed the same day, and working as expected.Thank you for your great service. “Part took a long time to get to me. Under the COVID circumstances I get it, but I had to reach out to Big Frog several times to figure out where my order was. I would call...no one would pick up and then I would get an email back. I have a feeling that if I never called I would not get my product. If COVID was not going on this would have been one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had ordering something. For these reason 3 Stars Acceptable is a very "loose" interpretation on how my customer experience was.”
