“Made a call to Big Frog regarding an order placed with Amazon. We found that my order had been cancelled, for no apparent reason. After talking with one of your sales persons, she advised me that she was cancelling my order with Amazon. She than placed a new order with the item that I needed. 2 Days later I had the item that I needed and was installed the same day, and working as expected.Thank you for your great service. Mike Brockamp. I will be using your company in the future.”

“Part took a long time to get to me. Under the COVID circumstances I get it, but I had to reach out to Big Frog several times to figure out where my order was. I would call...no one would pick up and then I would get an email back. I have a feeling that if I never called I would not get my product. If COVID was not going on this would have been one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had ordering something. For these reason 3 Stars Acceptable is a very "loose" interpretation on how my customer experience was.”
