“I normally do not respond to review requests because everyone wants one. I have to say that I like Bib Frog's motto that they will jump right on it. They did jump right on my order with shipping included in the reasonable price for the item and it was received when they said it would be received. I have some other projects coming up and even though Big Frog is on the other side of the country, I will look to them first to see if they have the items I need for the next projects.”

“My order was correct but damaged in shipping. I contacted Big Frog, sent photos of damaged parts as requested and in 4 days, the damaged parts were replaced and in my hands with no questions asked (except for the photo request). Will do business again with Big Frog.”

“I’d rate them a zero if it were possible. I purchased three items from Big Frog, two sprinklers and an extension pipe. Upon delivery, I immediately realized I had ordered the wrong types of sprinklers and got authorization from Big Frog to return them....I did not use them at all so they were in perfect condition. Their price of the two items to me was around $33. Big Frog somehow justified giving me an $11 refund, with some lame excuse that I didn’t return the extension. So what? I will never use their site again. Highway robbery.”
