“Love this griddle. I had bought one for my boyfriend a couple years ago. I had to have one! He and I both like the upgrades they have done. The propane tank holder and the 4 long burners instead of 2 circular ones are great! Now he wants a new one too!”

“I am satisfied with the final product, but there were some disappointments in the transaction. I would not do business here again. The product description was misleading. The item I got was listed as a sink drain for a disposal, but it was actually only a plastic trim piece for an existing drain. The item was shipped from another company. I looked up the brand, and found that it is carried by Home Depot for a fraction of the cost. I had ordered bone color, thinking that would be white, so I had to exchange for white. That was my fault. I spoke with a Big Frog employee, and he assured me that the replacement would be in the mail the next business day. I offered to pay for the new part if waiting for the original to ship back to the company would hold up shipping of the new one. He assured me there would be no hold up. I shipped the original part back and sent a tracking number, but the new part was not sent. I had to wait an extra week for the new part because they waited to get the original part (even though they said they would ship right away) and then forgot to ship the new part. It was a big hassle, as I was with out a kitchen sink waiting for the part to arrive.”

“I ordered 1x1/2" reducing elbow, slip x slip. Without other announcement, I received substitution of 1x1 elbow, and 1x1/2 reducing sleeve. For my (non-plumbing) project that was not entirely satisfactory but the price is small it is not a real problem.”
