“I was very disappointed with the length of time that it took to receive my part from Big Frog. They were very prompt in sending a receipt for my order but provided no follow up in terms of shipping my order. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they told me that they expected it within the week and that they would then ship it. The part took another 10 days for me to receive. The part did arrive in good condition and is working well.”

We ran out of stock and were waiting on an order from our distributors since Hunter has discontinued the item you ordered. This caused some unexpected delays. We do provide estimated times for orders, but did not in your case with not knowing how long until we received your item. “We recently ordered 2 ada shower inserts with all the hardware. Everything came ready to go and at a good price. The only reason a did not give a 5 is because email response time could have been quicker.”
