“Wow! Super fast order fulfillment. Placed my order on Sunday evening and had a confirmation email with shipping tracking number very early the next morning. Shipping was fast too. “I had to return the product because it wouldn't fit on my shower, I returned it unused in the packaging and was charged 1/2 the price to repackage. I was told it would be 6 dollars and than I noticed a charge of 15 dollars. After writing my review where I was upset over the incorrect refund, the company called me immediately after they realized their mistake and apologized and told me that they would be giving me the proper credit. I am changing my rating because this company did the right thing by their customer. Thank you”

Diane, I apologize for the misunderstanding of what you were refunded. I have since refunded the full amount of your order due to our lack of communication on your order. It should have been $6 like you were told. The $6 is cost of shipping and processing of your return similar to Amazon's policy. The additional amount that was taken was your shipping which is refunded just as well normally. Your order had it's shipping in addition to the restocking fee taken. “Although I had problem with the unit Big Fog did everything they could to resolve the situation. Unfortunately Rinnai was not as helpful but did get it fixed with a new circuit board eventually.”

“They had the answers to the questions prior to buying. The price was great some contractors said they couldn't get it at that price. So far its been working for approx 2 months with no issues.
