“My purchase was filled quickly and shipped promptly, but when I received it a part was missing. I called twice to customer service to report it. I never got a live person. I left two messages and never heard back. I don't know what's going on or if I'll get my order fulfilled. I am missing the lid for my dry well. Order #1011062”
