“Shipping was fast although tracking information had me baffled. The link they gave me was for standard UPS tracking and this was UPS freight which has a PRO number. However, with that being said, they did respond with the correct info when I inquired. The UPS freight driver was outstanding in every way. He was accommodating as I am disabled and I had to keep insisting on his taking a tip. All in all a good experience.”

“I know it was my fault for ordering a 1" PVB backflow preventer. I should have looked on the intake port. It was 1/2". But I've never had to replace this part for 15 years !! And i know that bigfrog showed me they had 1/2",3/4", and 1". I KNOW I SAW THIS. But anyway I have shipped order #1010517 back to you. I'm hoping that you don't charge me TOO much for this. It's my mistake, I know. But being retired and living on a fixed income, PLEASE cut me a break. I'd appreciate it immensely. Sorry again for the trouble. Sincerely, Gary Thomas.”
