Big Frog offered me a non-Amazon, reasonably priced, well-stocked, and quickly shipped option to get a new copy of my favorite garden tool. They communicate effectively (and with a great sense of humor) and my beloved Felcos are now hard at work helping me make smaller pieces out of bigger pieces.”
