“Lao I ordered an item, was told it was delivered via email. It wasn’t actually delivered though. After that, without any communication from the Frog people, I received an email stating that the product had been returned. I received another one telling me a credit had been issued. All the usual stuff, except… I never received anything let alone returned the item I ordered. I still wanted it. There was no communication about what happened or why and no attempt to make things right. I guess expect that from them…”
