“First up - I'm very happy with my Korg Wavestate. Bernard and Chris in Whitehorse Road were super helpful and were actually key in my decision to commit to buying the Korg Wavestate (in addition to weeks of watching Youtube reviews and demos). There seems to be some communication issue between the stores and the web team, however. Regardless of that, overall it was a good experience and I'll keep Billy Hyde in mind for next time.”

“Purchased a Bugera G5 Infinium Head... Very Happy with it Many Tones and Quality Sounds and Ballzy when I need it to be..Features are Great , everything I'd working well so far. Only negatives are the Initial Delay on Stores end and the fact I obviously received a Floor Stock Amp as it was noticeably used (marks on Front Panel and Sides) and Wrapped in a Pearl Box not its Original Box... All ok... I'm Happy enough just would of been nice to of been Asked before it was Delivered.”

Although displaying availability on the website, due to increased online demand it turns out what we had ordered was sold out. Without hesitation the team at Billy Hyde managed to get the guitar shipped to us directly from their supplier. Many thanks!!”

“We ordered a Yamaha DTX-402 electric drum kit for our son who is learning to play drums. Ordered the kit online due to Covid-19 with in-store pick-up. Best price we could find, plus it included the drum stool, sticks and headphones as part of the package, where other retailers were not!! Order was ready for pick-up the same day! Cheers!”
