“While your service is good and fast, your choice of courier wasn’t great. The Fastway tracking system must be the most useless thing I have ever seen. Over a week later and the only update is that it is still in Melbourne and doesn’t show if it has even left Melbourne. Also, the name “Fastway” should be labelled as misleading and deceptive under the ACCC Act. They are slow and not incredibly efficient. Even Australia Post runs rings around them. Maybe they are ok for within Melbourne or even east coast stuff, to get things to WA, they are hopeless and slow and very uninformative.”

“My purchase was online as I live in Gippsland and also due to the tight covid-19 restrictions. When placing my order there was a minor hiccup I noticed when receiving my confirmation email. I called and left a message, not expecting to hear from anyone for a while but was pleasantly surprised to have someone return the call within half an hour. They passed the notes onto someone higher up to handle, and again I received a call very quickly, and the minor problem was resolved in that second call. I was incredibly impressed by the speed the matter was handled, as well as the phenomenal communication from staff, both in the phone and in emails keeping me updated on my purchase being prepared, dispatched, and handing me the tracking info. I've visited BH in person some years ago when I loved in Melbourne and always thought the presentation to be immaculate and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The handling of my recent online delivery purchase during the crazy pandemic situation only cements BH as the place I'm most likely to recommend to others but also will be my first point of call in future.”

“This was my first experience with the new Billy Hyde and I have to say it was a very poor one. I understand that there were inventory discrepancies but the delivery time was really unacceptable. I’m very grateful to the manager who called me lay last week and straightened everything out very quickly for me, but the call centre that handles online orders is beyond hopeless.”
