“Very quick delivery of my Yamaha reface CS to Sydney. Despite a dent or two in delivery, the synthesiser was undamaged and intact with the bubble wrapping.”

“Service was good, but my guitar delivered and left at my door, in full view of the road, for anyone to take even though I said not to leave it there if no one was home. Lucky my wife came home early from work and was able to bring it inside before it was stolen”

“The item I ordered was out of stock almost everywhere, but Billy Hyde listed it as in stock, and at a very good price. My order went through. But there was a problem. No excuses, no fob-off from Billy Hyde - a senior staff member called me personally, apologised, and offered an immediate refund. Or I could wait a few days as they were expecting another delivery. He also left me with his personal contact details in case of any further difficulty. You can't ask more than that. The replacement item arrived in good shape a few days later. They had a problem, yes. But they dealt with it promptly, effectively, and to my complete satisfaction. Very happy to buy from them again.”

“I was very happy with staff member who I spoke to when making my query. A little confusing with e mails detailing different information and also when speaking to website customer service on phone. Product was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. I’m a very happy customer who will shop there again and will be recommending the store.”

“Due to the pandemic, I decided to order a fender strat through the online store. It arrived with no protection inside of the box, aside from a thin foam bag, taped closed around the headstock. I was at work at the time of delivery so the courier company billy hyde use decided to leave my brand new guitar in the foyer of my building, fender logo and price sticker showing. I can't comment on the store in Nunawading, but I can say it's probably better to shop there because their online business needs a bit of work. Shop for the big things in-store, smalls things online”
