“I know it’s not your fault but Australia Post were more disappointing than usual. My delivery went from WA to within 20 km of our home in nsw, to Brisbane and then ultimately to nsw again. It took two weeks for delivery. I was happy with how quickly the package was dispatched but you were let down by your carrier.”

“Ordered a brand new amp but received a shop show piece without the original box and NO warranty from the company and NO manual for the amp which both are normally ALWAYS included. So therefore only 3 stars. Also I did not receive ANY communication about the delivery time or day from courier and it was left in front of main door without knocking...”
