“My Squier Telecaster was ordered online and arrived with a broken tuning peg. Billy Hyde Music arranged for a quick replacement guitar, delivered to me by a faster courier than the original. Online tracking of the replacement guitar's journey from Victoria to Queensland was very good. Excellent service overall, for which I'm very grateful. I would buy again from this retailer, who also had the lowest price I could find in Australia on this model of guitar. Highly recommended.”

“It seems your some of your staff don't know the products you sell. That would be the only explanation for sending me a guitar case to suit a bass guitar a Ibanez MB300c when I ordered and was invoiced for Electric guitar case which was a Ibanez M300C. Very disappointing service.”
